Person-Driven Planning: Supporting Transition for Students with Disabilities

October 6, 2023 @ 9:00 am - 3:00 pm

Audience: Educators, administrators, families, self-advocates, and service providers. These trainings focus on supporting students of all ability levels, including those with extensive support needs from middle school through post-secondary.

Session 1: Community Partnership and Collaboration to Support Person-Driven Planning (PDP)

Overview:

  • Understand best practices of PDP to support implementation in various settings
  • Watch a live demonstration of PDP
  • Discuss the importance of community partnerships to the overall effectiveness of transition programming

Cost to Join:

All registration is FREE for participants but you MUST register.
Mileage MAY be eligible for reimbursement.
FREE parking for in-person participants
