Home and Community-Based Services (HCBS) Requirements
The Home and Community-Based Services (HCBS) Requirements went into effect in March 2023, supporting important rights for individuals who receive HCBS. Some examples of HCBS are day programs or day services, employment supports, and group homes.
This webinar will:
- Teach you about the principles behind the HCBS requirements (like accessing the community, choice in services & supports, your right to have visitors, and more…)
