Community Counseling & Supportive Services (CCSS) has merged with OC ACCEPT to serve Orange County residents of all age groups who have or are at risk of developing a mild to moderate behavioral health condition and limited to no access to behavioral health services. This program specializes in providing services to diverse communities including LGBTIQ+, deaf and hard of hearing, and underserved ethnic communities. 95% of the clinicians are bilingual-English-Spanish speaking. Services provided are short-term (3-6 months) and no-cost. Services include brief counseling, insight or psycho educational groups, screening, assessments to determine the appropriate level of care, and connection to resources in the community. Referrals can be sent via email to PEICCSS@ochca.com or via fax at (714) 954-2985. Once the referral is received, the Intake Coordinator will follow up within 24-48 hours (2 business days) to conduct a telephone screening to determine eligibility of services or link to the appropriate level of care. Individuals can also self-refer to the program and are asked to call (714) 645-8000.
