We are investigating the effects of physical exercise on anxiety in children with autism spectrum disorder (ASD). Participants will be asked to participate 3 times a week for 8 consecutive weeks in a physical exercise intervention or LEGO/Minecraft therapy. Parents will fill out questionnaires and participants will be asked to provide saliva samples. Up to $60 in gift cards and small prizes will be provided for compensation.
