Voice Options is a new statewide program that connects Californian’s with speech language disabilities to iPads with speech apps. The Voice Options program provides a demonstration of the iPad with speech apps and short-term loans. If it is determined that one of the speech apps will work for the individual, they can apply for a long-term loan. This is a free program to Californians that have a speech language disability.
Contact ATEC today for any of the following Voice Option services:
- Schedule a demonstration for an individual with a speech language disability to learn about the iPad and speech apps available through the Voice Options program. This can result in a short-term loan if individual is interested in speech apps demonstrated.
- Schedule a presentation with demonstration of the iPad with speech apps at your organization, agency, school/college, parent group, clinic, etc. to learn about how the Voice Options program may benefit the people you serve. ATEC can also attend outreach and educational events to share about this new program.
